GMNI, operated by GMNI Coordination Limited an English company limited by guarantee, provides coordination, facilitation and administration services to its members.  It is a non-practicing entity and does not provide professional services to clients.  Services are provided by member firms.  Membership of GMNI does not constitute any partnership between members.  GMNI and its member firms are not agents of, and do not obligate, one another and are not liable for one another’s acts or omissions. 

GMNI is an association and does not fall within the definition of a “network” under the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) code of ethics (section 290) and the European Union Statutory Audit (revised 8^th Company Law) Directive.
