New GMN firm in Tanzania!
Please extend a warm welcome to MEKONSULT, an accounting, auditing and advisory services firm based in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
The firm was established in 2004 by two partners and has since grown from a professional staff compliment of 2 in 2005 to the current 19 staff members and 3 partners.
In addition to the full time staff above, they have a network of associates in various fields and draw upon them as the need arises - which depends on the size of assignment, skills required, timing of the assignment, etc.
MEKONSULT has a very strong and wide experience in providing professional services to the public sector and development aid agencies and NGOs - about 70% of their business comes from this sector with the remaining coming from the commercial sector. Audit services account for about 60% followed by risk management and general management consulting. They also provide book keeping and taxation services.
